We follow all measures and recommendations from government authorities.
We sell also online tickets to the event and if attendees have any symptoms or travel restrictions closer to the event, we are happy to exchange their ticket for online participation or to any of our future events.
In case of travel or event organization restrictions, free exchange of tickets, sponsorships and exhibition packages of equal value to any of our future face-to-face or online events globally.
All staff, our volunteers and speakers are only participating if they are healthy.
We have a large venue with a lot of space and loose floor plan to ensure safety distances.
There are two entrances to the venue and both of these entrances have multiple queuing lines so that the lines stay short and with safer distances.
All points (entrance, catering area etc.) where queuing is likely will have stickers on the floor to mark where the next attendee should stand.
Multiple hand disinfection points are spread around the venue.
The venue has two toilet areas with possibility to wash hands. We will build two extra water points and have soap dispensers and disposable hand towels at these points as well.
Free face masks will be provided for all staff, volunteers, speakers, artists and vip-attendees. We will also sell face masks if you need one.
We recommend that everyone wears a mask during the event.
We have voluntary checkpoints for body temperature.
Floor plan is made to accommodate wider walkways and larger empty areas than usual. Catering area’s tables are small so that everyone will sit only with their own party and there is a safety distance between the tables. The mainstage area is built so that the people won’t sit next to one another but all on their own with 1 meter distance.
We are putting extra effort to hygiene and venue’s cleanliness. Professional cleaner will be present all the time and volunteers form a team that helps disinfecting the surfaces.
Lunch is served in individually packed boxes, not as a buffet table.
We won’t accept cash as payment but recommend everyone to use a card with contactless payment.
The whole staff and volunteers are trained to follow all safety and hygiene instructions. They are advised to guide the attendees as well about hygiene and safety distance.
There are posters around the venue reminding about the safety.
We recommend you to familiarise yourself with the guidelines from the Finnish Institute of Health and Welfare: https://thl.fi/en/
